Hekari United is a semi-professional association football club, based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. They were winners of the 2006 (when named PRK Souths United)〔(Papua New Guinea 2006 ) – RSSSF〕 and the 2007/2008 Papua New Guinea National Soccer League.〔(Papua New Guinea 2007 ) – RSSSF〕 In 2010 Hekari United became the first club to qualify for the FIFA Club World Cup UAE 2010 to be hosted in Abu Dhabi from 8–18 December.
